Help Manage COVID-19 Stress
The North Haven Memorial Library received a grant to fund a speaker series to help our community deal with stress and anxiety related to the COVID-19 pandemic. There are many good tips and helpful ideas on how you can manage your stress and anxiety beyond dealing with COVID-19.
All programs in this series are sponsored by National Library of Medicine, National Institutes of Health, Department of Health and Human Services, under Cooperative Agreement Number UG4LM012347 with the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Worcester.
